Who is Intelligence Collaborations for?

Founders, marketing leaders, and ops teams at small and mid-sized businesses who know AI should be part of how they work, but do not have the time, team, or in-house expertise to build it themselves.

What does “AI-first consultancy” actually mean?

Every engagement starts with the question “what part of this can an AI system do better than a human?” — and we design the workflow around that answer. We are not a traditional agency that bolted ChatGPT onto a deck.

Do you only do AI projects?

No. We also do the foundational work — websites, brand, social, content, lead gen — but we build it all on top of AI workflows so it scales without scaling your headcount.

How long does a typical engagement take?

First system live in 2–3 weeks. Most clients then keep us on monthly to optimise, scale, and ship the next system. No long lock-ins.

Will I own what you build?

Yes. Code, prompts, automations, accounts — all yours. We deploy into your stack, document everything, and hand over the keys whenever you want them.

How do you price?

Project price for the first build, then a flat monthly retainer for ongoing ops. We tie pricing to outcomes whenever it is measurable. No hourly billing.

What if we already have an in-house team?

Even better. We embed alongside them, transfer the systems, and train them to run it. Many clients use us to upskill their team into an AI-native one.

Is our data safe?

We default to your tenants and your API keys. Nothing trains on your data. We can sign NDAs and DPAs before any workshop.
